A beautiful loop trail with stunning views! This is a carrier only hike, about 2 miles long. Park near the Fort Casey Inn (there is a small pull off of Engle Road with a wooden fence, park there). This will be about 3/4 up hill along the road before turning left, going along the bluff, and then into the woods. Great views, and even part of the old fort can be seen here! Several interpretive signs and viewpoints along the way.

Hello! I am one of the Branch Ambassadors for the Bend, Oregon branch. My daughter was born July 2015 and I didn’t discover HiB until May 2016! I wish I had found it sooner! We find getting outside calms us. It doesn’t matter if it’s sunny, rainy, windy, or even snowing, we always try and get out! We are blessed with so many wonderful trails and places to explore near by. I originally founded the Whidbey Island, Washington Branch after discovering HiB.
