Batiquitos Lagoon
About This Trail
Batiquitos Lagoon is a three mile easy out and back trail along a beautiful lagoon. The trail is flat and great for strollers or young walkers. There is tons of wildlife at the lagoon so keep your eyes open! There is also a small nature center to explore.
The trailhead starts at the dead end of Gabbiano Lane. There will be a few forks in the trail, but keep on the biggest main trail next to the lagoon. A little ways in you will see the nature center on your left. Eventually you will see a golf course on your left. Keep going as far as you want, or until the trail ends 1.5 miles in. Once you are ready, turn back the way you came.
Restroom: There is a bathroom at the nature center.
