I am the hike it baby Branch Ambassador in Madison, I’m the mother of an adventure girl, I refuse to be a stay at home mom, I’m a stay outside mom literally.
I was born and raised in South Africa, My love for the outdoors started when I was a teenager growing up, I always adored seeing families out camping, traveling and hiking, I’m a nature freak, I spend most of my precious days chasing waterfalls and sunset with my family. My passion for the outdoors really pushed me to spend time with the community and volunteering all my time to get families outside. I enjoy meeting new people every day, In the next coming 5 years I would probably traveling around the world hiking and volunteering across the globe.

About The Guide

Hike it Baby Family Trail Guide is an online resource to help families with children source trails that little legs can hike and parents can feel comfortable with. Hike details are sourced and have been hiked by families who participate in our community. Our contributors do their best to give you all the details they can, but if something is missed, you can reach out to the contributor and offer suggestions for them to add to make it a better trail description for all. This guide was built with a generous 3-year partnership with L.L Bean. Like Hike it Baby, L.L Bean believes that helping get families into nature from birth on is key to healthier, happier communities.
