Chautauqua Park
About This Trail
This is a trail system near downtown Boulder that leads up to the famous Flat Irons.
Start up the Chautauqua Trailhead from the Chautauqua Ranger Cottage at Grant and Baseline streets. The trail heads straight up and might be tough for little hikers. There are several trails that cut off this main trail. For a short loop, take a left at the top of Chautauqua Trail (about 1/2 mile up) to get onto the Bluebell/Baird Trail. It will take you back down to the trailhead.
Make sure to turn around and take in the view!
