Colonial Park (Somerset, NJ)
About This Trail
Colonial Park has a paved path that runs along Colonial Drive. This path is approximately 2 miles long and is ideal for any stroller or bike. There are 5 parking lots along the path, so you can start or end your walk anywhere you’d like along the path. The path passes a large playground (near Lot C) and numerous ponds. The park also has a dirt nature trail found near Lot E. The nature trail is a flat, easy 0.65 mile loop that passes a creek (great for a quick splash!) and one of the ponds. Strollers are not recommended for the nature trail.
