Jessica is the Executive Director of Hike it Baby. She has been an active participant, volunteer, and eventually, staff member since August 2014 when she joined to make new friends and get outside with her first born. She lives in Beaverton, Oregon with her husband, two daughters, and their giant dog. She grew up enjoying the outdoors in California and Oregon and has a deep appreciation for wildflowers, mountains, ocean beaches, rivers, and old growth forests. When she’s not nerding out on business, strategy, and organizational leadership, Jessica can be found taking a conference call on the mountain trails near her home, watching her girls figure out just how far a tutu can be tested while climbing trees, practicing her amateur photography, or working on craft projects.
