Bidwell Park (Upper) - Middle Trail
About This Trail
Middle Trail is a good trail for little hikers, but not in the summer months. There is no shade, so it gets hot fast. In the Spring the area is full of wildflowers and in the Winter there are some nice mud puddles and mud pits for exploring. There are natural rock formations and built in stairs as well. And depending on where you begin on the trail, you can hike to a tiny lake or start at the lake and hike away from it. The trail is well populated with other hikers, mountain bikers, dogs off leash, and even horses.

I am a mama of two boys. I love drinking tea and am a better mom when we are outside exploring nature (and when I have tea). I have a family bike and love it. I enjoy baking, cooking, and eating my creations. I love the idea of yoga, but never seem to be consistent in finding time to practice. I love reading, but again rarely find the time. My family just ventured into urban farming. I love sour beers and delicious food. I work for a local non-profit as a training coordinator, and volunteer as a Branch Ambassador for our local HiB community and for the HiB Localized Support National volunteer team.
