This beautiful trail begins at Porter Creek Campground and leads through a picturesque forest filled with moss, ferns and fungi. It starts off with a steep climb through switchbacks to get above the creek but quickly levels out before descending to a view of the falls.

There are some drop off risks for little ones.

Getting There

From I5, take exit 88 onto Hwy 12 West towards Tenino. Continue approximately 19 miles before turning left on Porter Creek Road. Approximately 4.5 miles from Hwy 12, you will arrive at the Porter Creek Campground. The trailhead is located just past the campground.
