Vancouver Lake to Frenchman's Bar
About This Trail
This trail connects Vancouver Lake Park and Frenchman’s Bar. Along the trail, you’ll be able to view Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens, and Mt. Adams (sometimes Mt. Jefferson and Mt. Rainier on a clear day).
This wide, paved multi-use trail is a frequent stop for bicyclists, runners, hikers and bird-watchers. Although this is a dog-friendly trail year-round, they are not permitted on the beach or surrounding turf area of Vancouver Lake Regional Park between April 1 and Oct. 31.

Being outside is how I re-charge. It gives me perspective, fills me with gratitude and provides an opportunity to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life. I am fortunate to share this passion with my amazing husband and our son. I was born and raised in the PNW but I love exploring any area I can get to. One of my favorite things about Hike it Baby is that I have a built in community of friends to provide trail suggestions anywhere we go.
